We had a great initial meeting to discuss the founding our our new neighbourhood association.

As follow up, a few of us volunteered to serve as leaders to get things up and running:

Maria Allen, Marcus Johns, Gaurav Mehra, John Pippus, and Steve Pelman

These volunteer leaders met again recently to recommend a name for the group, as well as to set the boundaries for the area we’ll represent. Their recommendations are:

Name: Greater Yaletown Community Association
Region: No set boundaries — if you consider yourself part of “Greater Yaletown”, you’re in.
